DANA works with organizations that want to support resident updates, public spaces, events, and volunteer projects.
Why partnership matters
Businesses, property owners, civic groups, cultural organizations, and sponsors all shape downtown. DANA helps turn their support into work residents can see and use.

Resident impact
Partners can offer funding, a place to meet, useful know-how, volunteers, or simply help spread the word.
Help DANA host meetings, volunteer days, welcome tables, and relaxed events where neighbors can meet.

Help residents understand changes to streets, parks, transportation, safety, and new development.

Support cleanups, neighborhood walks, and small improvements that help public places feel cared for.

Make it easier for people to sign up, come to an event, volunteer, or tell DANA what they think.
Proposed public art project
Downtown Perks and DANA are developing a simple way to discover downtown art and share what residents notice along the way. Support has been requested from NEXUS, artists, cultural partners, and downtown residents.
How it would work
Simple routes would point people to public art, performances, cultural venues, and changing public spaces across downtown.

Short questions would let residents share what felt welcoming, what was hard to navigate, and what they would like to see more often.

If funding is secured, DANA would keep the work focused on free public access, paid artist participation, useful resident feedback, and clear reporting.
